Day 3: Public Health and Primary Prevention (1)

My tip: Prevent acute kidney injury, UTI, constipation, dehydration by raising the importance of drinking well. ​

​Keeping hydrated, is not only water but includes nourishing drinks too!
​All fluids count except alcohol. Have regularly throughout the day.

The DMAT helps you identify, find solutions and create a care plan to enhance mealtime eating abilities and improve the mealtime environment
